Description
Spanish Moss sets the stage for a moody image of this old South Carolina building. Spanish moss is anepiphyte which absorbs nutrients such as calcium and water from the air, and also from rain. It is a flowering plant that grows in trees in the southeastern United States. This plant was used in the padding of car seats, as packing material, and in mattresses. February, 2015.
